We were delighted to launch the first ever Christmas Market with a Victorian Theme in 2010.

This marvellous Victorian Christmas Market took place on Saturday 20th November 2010 in The Square, all of the stalls were full and trading was hectic.

The trading went on to include the Christmas Lights switch on and fireworks display and ran from 12 noon to 8pm.

 

The retailers throughout Ironbridge experienced increased trade and offered visitors the opportunity to enjoy a daylong event of festive shopping, whilst enjoying the hospitality of food and beverage outlets.

 

Seasonal supplies of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine were available for visitors to purchase and Christmas music was played throughout the day. Quality gifts and foods were available, showcasing local artisans and producers.
